Surprise update in time for Halloween! Mare Deo has been updatrf to version 2.0.

The changes in this release include a few bugfixes and script/graphics tweaks, but most notably, it converts the dialog from fullscreen NVL to ADV dialog box mode, letting players see more of the great character art from nerdiko. NVL was a nice experiment, but for this sort of illustrated game, the standard dialog box just makes more sense.

Version 2.0 is also WebGL supported, meaning it can be played in browser. Hopefully losing the download requirement will open it up to a wider audience. Mare Deo has grown on me a lot since its original jam release and I'm happy to put the final coat of polish on it now. Enjoy!
